Проектът е за реална къща в град Варна, която принадлежи на прекрасни и позитивни клиенти. Те са интелигентни, отворени към света, пътуващи, мислещи и успешни. Влюбени в животните като цяло, те ценят красотата в малките неща и изчистените форми.
Търсехме визия, която да съчетае семплите форми и домашния уют, да свърже природата и вътрешното пространство в едно цяло. В антрето като акцент избрахме закачалка Safety clip на KARE, търсейки идеята да разчупим стереотипа, което създава едно подобно помещение.

За трапезарията се спряхме на столове Milano на KARE в кафяво, като добавихме и един бял, за да избягаме отново от еднообразието и повтаряемостта. За осветление над трапезарията решихме да поставим полилей Facile. Преценихме, че се вписва прекрасно на визията, която търсим, а също така отново ни отклонява от стандартните форми за осветление в тези помещения, като добавя ефирност и елегантност. В зоната на всекидневната, отново за осветление избрахме модел на KARE – полилей Calotta.
Тъй като помещението в тази си част е по-високо от обичайните размери, преценихме че е добре да има тяло, което да балансира разстоянието и да фокусира гледната точка при влизане. За акценти в дневната се спряхме на ваза Pebbles colore 20 cm, както и фигура Dog 26 cm.
За лоджията имахме изискване от клиентите ни да създадем уют и да подберем детайли, които да ни препращат към отминали времена.Именно заради това поставихме стенен часовнкик Paris Station, носещ духа на една друга епоха, романтичен и меланхоличен.

Проектираният интериор е огледало на душевността и разбиранията на своите обитатели – съвременните граждани, оформени от вихъра на едно многолико ежедневие. Основен контрапункт е поставен върху семплото, но скъпо излъчване, видимо и в най-малките детайли. От входното пространство плавно се преминава към простора на
всекидневната зона, маркирана чрез голям кът с меко сядане. Тук господстват изчистени линии и монохром, на места контрастиращи с по-пищни детайли и пастелни тонове в зоната за хранене. Макар и обединени в едно пространство, кътовете за отдих и хранене са функционално обособени чрез подчертана разлика в нивата. Място
за приятелски събирания и светски срещи, зоната с меко сядане е сърцето на жилишето. От нея чрез остъклената източна фасада е достъпна просторна лоджия, а по
стъклените стъпала на Г-образната стълба се достига и до второто ниво на апартамента. То е решено като едно по-интимно пространство – с елегантна спалня и кът за работа, от където окото също може да се наслаждава на всеобхватната гледка навън, преминаваща в интериора. Отделено е и място с гардероби, маркиращо входа към втората баня за максимален комфорт, отговарящ на нуждите на обитателите. Типични за Penthouse остават в случая и високите прозорци, които разкриват градските хоризонти и пропускат щедро дневната светлина и в двете нива на апартамента, за да грейне интериорът с целия си блясък на неподправен лукс.

Given that this is a very simple space proper basis, the goal was just to make it more lively and dynamic, at the same time interesting and attractive for customers of all ages.

The room is, one might say, divided into three sub-units. The whole central part of the shop is framed by a wooden sheath. The most specific ahd dominant part of this segment is refrigerate showcase. Showcase’s glass axle looks as it is topped with a wooden cover, which because of its structure and design, resembles chocolate. Wooden part on one end rises from the floor, while on the second re-connects to the floor and continue to climb the wall from which it separates in the form of the bar desk. Above the bar desk is a mirror, which adds to the impression of enlargement of the not-so-wide space. Then, at a certain height of the wall the ceiling continues with a panel of veneered MDF. It is like a wave looms over this part of the shop and the lowest height of the ceiling reaches the point above the highest part of the refrigerate showcase. The ceiling is crisscrossed by winding LED strips that contribute even more to the dynamics and overall impression.

As for the shelf, they are oriented along the longer side of the shop, thus accentuating the depth of space. They are neutral, coloured white, except one shelf that is red. It’s like a wave that rises up from the floor and with its winding path cut all the rest.
Before and after this part of the store, the floor is white and the ceiling on these parts consists of a series of wavy strips, aligned with the ceiling in the middle. Its appearance reminds of some kind of a sculpture.
Already mentioned winding form also occurs in shaping the entrance area, the perforation of the wall, chairs, desk for sellers. This desk is also red in color, and in one part in the form of stripe, took the floor and can be said that it is a clear boundary line in floor finish, as well as the border between the before mentioned segments.

The chairs at the bar desk for customers and the desk for sellers are modern end elegant with a form that follows the concept of design (KARE 75223 Bar Stool Coffeeshop White). On the side of the store where the shelves are, there is a perforation in the wall where the wooden part can be seen. On this part there is a modern wall lamp that lightens up the shelves (KARE 30425 Wall Lamp Parecchi Horizontal). On the shelves, there are some elegantly-shaped vases (KARE 34560 Vase Raindrop Pastel 41cm Assorted) and modern form bowls (OK KARE 31205 Bowl Amobe Inside Green 15).

Considering that this is the room of a big area and of simple rectangular form where the living room, dining room and kitchen permeate without clear boundaries, the initial idea was to integrate these pieces of a living space into a single unit by using the appropriate way of decorating and design.
The composition of the furniture in the living room, reduced lines and neutral tones, contribute to achieving balance and the concept of the modern decorated living space pleasant for daily activities and rest. Above the part of the living room and the dining room is ceiling with built-in LED lights, which also contributes to the overall impression of the uniqueness of the area. In one part of the living room, the part of the ceiling goes down the transverse wall and at the appropriate height is mounted LCD TV.
As for colors, in this space dominate calm and balanced tones. Living area is south facing and has a spacious terrace so that during the day receives a large amount of natural light that makes the atmosphere warmer and more comfortable for living.
Above the dining table is a hanging lamp (KARE 67149 Hanging Lamp Facile) that follows the shape of the dining table, and the shape of the ceiling also. The chairs at the dining table are white and with a simple form (KARE 8921 Chair Eggshell White). As for the chairs at the bar (KARE 75223 Bar Stool Coffeeshop White), they are also very simple, but at the same time modern, with the similar materials as the one used for the chairs at the dining table. The part of the furniture in the living room is elegant sofa which colour is in correspondence with neutral tones of the space (KARE 20410 Sofa Grandezza 1 brown KARE -Studio-Divani).
Some of the accessories that I used in decorating the living room space are the elegantly-shaped vase (KARE 33719 Vase Glitter 38cm) and neutral colred frame (OK KARE 31512 Frame Shiny Square Beige 10×15). On the shelf is also a table lamp (KARE 34889 Table Lamp Bullion 53cm). In the kitchen, aas the part of kitchen plates I used colourfull KARE plates (KARE 34929 Bowl Ice Flower Pop 33cm Assorted).

The main idea behind this concept is to create a calm surrounding environment with someting new and unique added. The inspiration for the tones of VISUAL came from KARE chair model harlem blue , the rustic blue immediatly associated us to the sea, and that’s where the idea for VISUAL was born. The tables are made from wooden pallets and sanded to match the chairs and add to the whole “rustic” story. We wanted to get the guest and the chef closer in a way that you will be able to visualy experience the process of your meal being prepared, this will not only enhance the guest’s desire for said meal, but will also give the chef feedback on his work. Chefs will wear color tags and uppon order you will be informed witch chef ismaking your meal so you could follow the process. For those who want to enjoy their food alone several tables are placed around the kitchen so you could still see what’s going on but be seated in a little more private enviroment.Pictures and photographs might be distracting, so we went for a more descreet approcah by adding sketches of some of the sea creatures that are on the meny, and sketches of the house specialties on the counter.

Modest and fairly small coffe shop placed in a narrow space has the obvious problem of letting the natural light in, which is the main reason for choosing this bright colour scheme.
The palette of materials consists of three so called layers, the first of which is the hard wood floor with the wood pattern which continues throughout the bar wall and the tables. The next is the pale beige matte material which the side walls and the ceiling are composed of. The last would be highly reflective, glossy white material which draws attention.
On side walls the stripes are added, six on each side, curving in an organic and elegant way thus adding depth and fluidity in contrast to the otherwise straight and rigid space. The stripes go all the way to the bar wall, then twist forming shelves behind the bar.
Functionally, the space consists of one large table with regular (KARE 75745 Chair High Fidelity White ) on one side and bar stools (KARE 77692 Bar Stool Dimensionale White) on the other, which allows interaction with other people and barista. Also there are more private tables around the edges of the space. Bathroom and utility door is concealed in the side wall.
The lighting consists of the three pendant lamps (KARE-33680-Pendant-Lamp-Sting-Black), accent lighting under the table, on the shelves and in the celling which draws attention to the playful form of it, and few task lights in the bar.
The key aspect of the design I was following was balance, the balance between sterile and warm or domestic, which I tried to achieve with the material palette used, and the balance of making a space which wouldl absorb all the attention from the coffee and coffee making itself on one side, or making faceless, gallery like space on the other. The end result is a modern and minimal, but still welcoming space with recognizable character and value which pays tribute to coffee and socialization.
