SEE Food restaurant

The main idea behind this concept is to create a calm surrounding environment with someting new and unique added. The inspiration for the tones of VISUAL came from KARE chair model harlem blue , the rustic blue immediatly associated us to the sea, and that’s where the idea for VISUAL was born. The tables are made from wooden pallets and sanded to match the chairs and add to the whole “rustic” story. We wanted to get the guest and the chef closer in a way that you will be able to visualy experience the process of your meal being prepared, this will not only enhance the guest’s desire for said meal, but will also give the chef feedback on his work. Chefs will wear color tags and uppon order you will be informed witch chef ismaking your meal so you could follow the process. For those who want to enjoy their food alone several tables are placed around the kitchen so you could still see what’s going on but be seated in a little more private enviroment.Pictures and photographs might be distracting, so we went for a more descreet approcah by adding sketches of some of the sea creatures that are on the meny, and sketches of the house specialties on the counter.
